Volunteering
The LRA is unique to clubs of its nature in the Chicago area. LRA is 100% member owned and operated. Therefore, it is dependent not only on the good will and enjoyment of its members, but also on the efforts of ALL members to keep the club running smoothly and efficiently. In other words: We Need YOU to continue to make the LRA a place that like minded people want to come to, a place where people feel at home.
Accordingly, every member is asked to volunteer at least twice a year in some capacity at the LRA. You can, however, volunteer as often as you wish. There are many areas where the efforts of volunteers are welcomed and needed. They include, but are not limited to: door duty, bar duty, cleaning, special projects, and event planning/set-up.
