General Rental Information
Members retain the benefit of reserving the space for themselves and up to 2 guests for up to 3 hours at no cost during non-operational club hours. Members may also host a party at the LRA during non-operational hours.
The cost for this is $50 for the first 3 hours. Each additional hour or fraction thereof is $25. The hosting member is responsible for providing soda, snacks and ice for their guests. Payment and a signed space use agreement must be in the possession of the LRA before the space is turned over for the private use of our member.
Non members cannot reserve the space for either private play or private parties. However if a member wants to sponsor a party for non members they may do so as long as they are present for the entire event and assume responsibility for the event.
